The Cleopatra wellness products are sold exclusively to private individuals by carefully selected sanitary shops. Also when ordering on www.cleopatra.nl a sanitary shop must be selected to be able to complete the order. The sanitary shops that are allowed to sell the high-quality Cleopatra products also have the knowledge and experience to install Cleopatra products.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The steps described below concern the purchase of Cleopatra products at www.cleopatra.nl<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

From which country can you order on www.cleopatra.nl? Orders via our website can only be delivered in the Netherlands or Belgium. If you want to have it delivered in another country, please contact us.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shipping costs are clearly stated with your order. Prices on the Cleopatra website include VAT; in your shopping cart you can clearly see what the VAT amount is.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For each order, we will determine which shipping method will be the most optimal. As soon as the exact date of delivery is known, we will inform you. <\/span><\/span>

Step 1. Shopping cart<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Before ordering a product, please check the 'Relevant products' that you can buy together with a main product. You can find these at the bottom right of the product page. Click on the products you want to order and then on the 'Add to Cart' button. You can then choose to continue shopping or view your shopping cart.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2. Checkout<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

You have placed all products in your shopping cart. You can proceed to checkout. You can also choose to print your shopping cart and discuss the printout with the plumbing store that installs your bathroom, for example. You can also order by e-mail; your order will then be processed as soon as your payment has been received.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You enter the billing address for your order and choose whether the goods should be sent to this or another address.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shipping methods: All orders that come from www.cleopatra.nl will be delivered to the desired address. The shipping costs are automatically shown with each product. The shipping costs are also clearly displayed in your shopping cart.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When checking out, you must also select a plumbing store that will deliver your order. All of the plumbing stores listed are of course suitable for installing your products.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Check & Pay<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

You can check your shopping cart again and adjust the number of products if necessary.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Our payments are processed via MultiSafepay. MultiSafepay ensures a secure connection between the consumer and web shops. Our web shop has also received the Webshop Quality Mark. This quality mark is awarded by the Stichting Webshop Quality Mark. This foundation aims to protect consumers against unsound web shops. You can use iDEAL if you use internet banking with ABN-AMRO, ING, Rabobank, SNSBank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ASN Bank and SNS Regio Bank. The payment is received immediately, which means your order is processed faster.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Bankcontact-Mister Cash: Trusted, safe, fast and easy payment via your own bank, especially for our Belgian customers.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Bank transfer with 50% upfront and 50% afterwards. If you choose this option, an administration fee of 40 euros will apply. Your order will be processed as soon as we have received your deposit. After this, you will receive a confirmation of your order together with an invoice and an indication of the delivery date.     Here you will receive an order number. You will also receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. We will contact you as soon as the exact delivery date of your order is known.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
