Order process

Online orders can be delivered only in The Netherlands and Belgium. This explains why the text below is in Dutch. For issues concerning orders from outside The Netherlands and Belgium or for information in English about complaints and warranties, please contact us.


Cleopatra wellness products are sold to individuals exclusively by carefully selected plumbing stores. Even when ordering from www.cleopatra.nl, a sanitary store must be selected to complete the order. The sanitary stores that are allowed to sell the high-quality Cleopatra products also have the knowledge and experience to install Cleopatra products.

The steps outlined below pertain to the purchase of Cleopatra products at www.cleopatra.nl

From which country can you order on www.cleopatra.nl? Orders through our website can only be delivered in the Netherlands or Belgium. If you want to be delivered in another country, please contact us.

The shipping costs will be clearly stated with your order. The prices on the Cleopatra website include VAT; you can clearly see the VAT amount in your shopping cart.

For each order, we consider which shipping method will be the most optimal. As soon as the exact delivery date is known, we will inform you.
The ordering process at www.cleopatra.nl goes through the following steps:


The ordering process

Step 1. Cart

Before you order a product, check out the 'Relevant Products' that you can buy along with a main product. You can find these at the bottom right of the product page. Click on the products you want to order and then click on the 'Add to Cart' button. You can then choose to continue shopping or view your cart.


Step 2. Checkout


You have placed all products in your shopping cart. You can proceed to checkout. You can also choose to print your shopping cart and discuss the printout with, for example, the plumbing store that is installing your bathroom. You can also order by e-mail; your order will then be processed as soon as your payment has been received.

You enter the billing address for your order and choose whether the goods should be sent to this or another address.

Shipping Methods: All orders coming from www.cleopatra.nl will be delivered to the desired address. The delivery costs are automatically shown with each product. Shipping costs are also clearly displayed in your shopping cart.

At checkout, you also need to choose a plumbing store that will deliver your order. All the indicated plumbing stores are of course suitable to install your products.

Checking & Checkout

You can check your shopping cart again and change the number of products if necessary.

Our payments are processed through MultiSafepay. MultiSafepay provides a secure connection between consumers and webshops. Our webshop has also received the Webshop Keurmerk. This mark is given by the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. This foundation aims to protect consumers against unsound web stores. At Cleopatra, you can pay for your orders in various ways:

  • iDEAL: Trusted, safe, fast and easy payments through your own bank. You can use iDEAL if you use online banking with ABN-AMRO, ING, Rabobank, SNSBank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ASN Bank and SNS Regio Bank. The payment will be received immediately, so your order will be processed faster.
  • Bankcontact-Mister Cash: Trusted, safe, fast and easy payment through your own bank, especially for our Belgian customers.
  • Credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.
  • Wire transfer with 50% in advance and 50% afterwards. If you choose this option, an administration fee of 40 euros will apply. Your order will be processed as soon as we have received your deposit. After this you will receive a confirmation of your order together with an invoice and an indication of the delivery date. Your deposit can be made on the following account:

After receiving the products you ordered, you must have transferred the rest of the payment to the same account within 7 working days. If the payment is not made within the payment period we are obliged to charge you the statutory interest and any collection costs.
If you press "Order with payment required" you indicate that you are willing to order and pay for the order.


Step 3. Confirm

Here you will receive an order number. You will also receive a confirmation of your order by email. We will contact you as soon as the exact delivery date of your order is known.
