It is one of the most important challenges of our time; saving energy. Allowing the customer to enjoy a beneficial steam bath to the fullest, but allowing the steam bath to function only when necessary. To achieve this, Cleopatra has developed a number of energy-saving options. With the Cleopatra Standby and pre-heat function (pre-heating), you save on energy costs, without compromising the comfort and quality of the steaming process.
Press for steam : standby control that keeps the steam generator at temperature and produces steam immediately after activation by the end user.
Ultrasteam : a complement to steam-pumpers when the steam image (thick clouds of steam) must be achieved in a very short time.
Climate Control: regenerate heat by blowing warm and fresh air into the cabin below. This process ensures even temperature distribution in the cabin.
Steam generator with a capacity of 11.4 kW runs 16 hours a day - 7 days a week. Total kW per year = 11.4 x 16 x 7 x 52 = 66,393 kWh (x 55% average consumption after startup (Figure 1-B) = 36,516 kWh
With Cleopatra savings system (Figure 2-B): Maximum consumption 66,393 kWh x 30% = 19,918 kWh
Difference: 36,516 -/- 19,918 = 16,598 kWh (in this example, this is a savings of 45%)
Savings obviously depend on a number of factors: number of users, duration of the steam session, power of the generator. The calculation is for illustrative purposes only.
