Do you have a Cleopatra product for which you do not know the maintenance history? And do you not have a maintenance subscription? Then keep in mind that we must first register the installation in our system before we can assist you further. Registration includes: tracing the production date, serial number and version. In addition, we need to make an assessment based on photos if and how we can service your Cleopatra product.
We may not be able to service it due to technical reason or age of the product.
