The taps (fittings) on Cleopatra baths are from Axor, the brand of Hansgrohe, the top manufacturer of taps.
This pre-assembled bath rim thermostat with hand shower is available in the most common Axor versions and comes complete with:

• Mixing faucet
• Recessed hand shower in a protective sleeve (Secuflex)
• Walk-in Bathtub
• Overflow, drain

The overflow system is a safety feature that allows water to flow through an opening into the drain when the water level is too high. The drain is used to empty the tub.
