The taps (fittings) on Cleopatra baths are from Axor, the brand of Hansgrohe, the top manufacturer of taps.
This pre-assembled bath rim thermostat with hand shower is available in the most common Axor versions and comes complete with:

• Thermostat
• Recessed hand shower in a protective sleeve (Secuflex)
• Shut-off and diverting valve
• Overflow, drain, and inlet combination

The overflow combination is a safety feature that allows water to flow through an opening to the drain if the water level gets too high. The drain is used to empty the tub, while the inlet allows water to flow into the tub. It’s an elegant and pleasant way to fill the tub.
