After each use, we recommend rinsing all surfaces with lukewarm water to prevent damage caused by

to prevent residue from shampoo, liquid soap, shower gel, and similar products from building up.

Next, wipe the surface dry with a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent water spots from forming as the surface dries. For daily maintenance of acrylic surfaces, we recommend using a soft sponge or a soft cloth with a few drops of antistatic cleaner.

Please follow the guidelines below carefully to prevent damage and complaints.

Please note: Do not use the products listed below. 

These can cause significant damage

• Acids, whether diluted or undiluted.
• Cleaning products containing chlorine and/or bleach.
• Harsh cleaning tools such as: abrasives, scouring pads, and microfiber cloths.
• Steam cleaners.

Cleaning Instructions

• Follow the cleaning product manufacturer's instructions.
• Mixing cleaning products is not permitted.
• When using cleaning products in a spray bottle or can, never spray directly onto the surface to be cleaned; instead, spray onto a soft cloth first to prevent the spray from penetrating into crevices where it could cause damage

Cleopatra wellness products are made from a variety of materials to best meet the needs for design and functionality. Components with damaged surfaces must be replaced due to the risk of injury.

Acrylic/plastic surfaces:

• Baden

If the stains cannot be removed with water alone, you can use green soap or a mild all-purpose cleaner.

Chrome surfaces:

• Faucets
• Controls
• Handles
• etc.

Limescale can be removed with a mild cleaning agent made from lemon juice. Never use a cleaning product that contains chlorine, as this can damage the chrome. If the stains cannot be removed with water alone, you can use green soap or a mild all-purpose cleaner.

Damage caused by improper handling is not covered by the warranty.

After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water to remove all traces of cleaning agents.

Cleaning the whirlpool system

Regular cleaning is necessary to ensure optimal performance and hygiene of the whirlpool system. Use the Cleopatra whirlpool cleaner (available in the online store) for this purpose.

We recommend always taking a shower before using the bath. This reduces the amount of dirt, soap residue, and skin oils that end up in the system.

Never use oily bath oils or bath salts, as they leave residue in the plumbing and can interfere with the system's operation. Residue left behind can also lead to contamination and reduced hygiene.

By following these guidelines, you’ll extend the life of your whirlpool system and keep the tub clean and safe to use.
